Business Analyst
We are a Ukrainian high-tech IT company that has been developing and continuously improving Health24, a cloud-based medical information system for doctors and patients, since 2015. The Health24 team is one of the established and innovative players in the HealthTech market.
As we continue to grow, we’re expanding our team and looking for a Business Analyst to join us. If you value transparency and technology and want to contribute to the development of modern healthcare services, we’d love to hear from you.
Key responsibilities:
● Collaborate closely with client stakeholders● Gather product needs and requirements● Analyze the client’s business needs● Identify the most effective solutions independently or together with the team and develop solution concepts● Estimate effort and delivery timelines● Create User Stories and break down tasks in Jira● Prioritize the product backlog● Translate requirements into detailed specifications, including functional and technical requirements● Manage requirements, including change requests and analysis of their impact on existing requirements● Manage requirements throughout the software development lifecycle● Support developers and QA specialists throughout product development and resolve open questions with the client● Create initial low-fidelity wireframes and UX prototypes● Collaborate with a UX/UI specialist on interface design● Create business process diagrams using BPMN● Create User Flow diagrams and track tasks in Jira and TimeTracker● Conduct product demos together with the team

You’re a great fit if you have:
● 2+ years of experience in a similar role● The ability to communicate effectively with the team and client stakeholders● Experience gathering, defining, and documenting requirements using User Stories and BPMN diagrams● Experience working in Scrum/Agile teams● The ability to process large volumes of information within tight deadlines● Strong data structuring skills● A solid understanding of the product development lifecycle● A solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
It’s a plus if you have:
● Experience working with medical information systems and Ukraine’s electronic healthcare system (eHealth)● An understanding of the HealthTech industry or experience working with healthcare products
