BIZ Business Analyst

We’re looking for a Product Business Analyst to join the e-Tender commercial team and work with a B2B SaaS product, procurement processes, and integrations. In this role, you’ll contribute to key decisions and platform development, going beyond requirements management.

What you’ll focus on:
● Gather, analyze, and validate requirements from business teams and other stakeholders;● Translate business needs into clear User Stories, Use Cases, and product requirements;● Manage the product backlog in Jira by refining, prioritizing, and supporting tasks through to release;● Collaborate with the team to develop solutions that address customer needs, system capabilities, and product development goals;● Participate in discovery, stakeholder discussions, and business process analysis;● Document specifications, edge cases, and key decisions in Confluence;● Proactively identify opportunities for product improvement while addressing ongoing requests.
You’re a great fit if you have:
● 2+ years of experience working with product-based or platform IT solutions;● the ability and willingness to gather requirements rather than simply document requests;● the ability to critically evaluate business requirements and balance customer needs, system capabilities, and product development goals;● a proactive approach to improving the system rather than simply addressing internal stakeholder requests;● hands-on experience with User Stories, backlog management, and prioritization;● a solid understanding of web products and API integrations, sufficient to collaborate effectively with development teams;● strong attention to detail.
It’s a plus if you have:
● experience in procurement or with B2B platforms;● an understanding of how product functionality contributes to overall product development.
